All coffee ordered online is roasted to order in house! If ordered whole bean, coffee will be shipped within 3-5 business days, if the coffee is ordered ground, it will take 4-7 business days as we have to let the coffee mellow for 24 hours after roasting so that it releases excess CO2 which could cause stale flavor if left in while grinding.
